I can usually solve issues that arise ( I like to tinker ). So here's my problem. My Chokwe when I received it it had some up and down wiggle, no biggy, I am used to a framelock needing to settle. Fast forward a week no better. So today I was attempting to adjust the pivot to remove the up and down. When I went to turn the one torx it felt like it would slip a little then kind of tighten. So I put another T8 on the opposing pivot screw, didn't seem to slip. But I couldn't gt the up and down out. So I removed both torx screws in the pivot and put one back in. I think th Chokwe uskng the bushing pivot like the P2. If I turn the screw the pivot bushing will click back and forth in the handle. I havnt taken it apart as to keep it under warranty, shoild the pivot click back and forth in the handle like that? To better clarify, on the P2 one half of the pivot has a flat apot to fit in the handle, thia is what the Chokwe appeara to have but it doesn't fit I can partially rotate it back and forth in the handle.

Just adding, after tinkering with it and then opening and closing it quite a few times lockup seems much more improved. Perhaps there isn't an issue after all. Sorry for my flow of dumb threads lately :o.
