Need help with a couple of ID’s

So I’ve had these sitting with a ton of other knives I have from the 80’s, and I can’t for the life of me remember whether it was an Aviator and Jeroboam Mk2 or something else. Also based on serial numbers and sheath designs can I judge when they were actually produced, give or take? I know I probably got them late 80’s but couldn’t say when exactly.

Also I noticed some small lines on the Aviator, best way to buff or clean them off without harming the finish?
