need help with a custom made dagger ID,,

I have a PUSH DAGGER by ??? On the dagger tang Is BIG “O” on the other side is a sn 8116. And on the leather sheath is ELDON KIRCHMEIER MAKER OAKHURST CA can anyone tell me about this dagger,
Is BIG O the model name or the maker name AND as for the sheath was it made by kirchmeier???
The knife scales look to be mammoth ivory and sheath is handmade & hand tooled.

Dear Sir,
I am the maker of the knife sheath and the handle is mamoth. The knife maker lives (or did) in Fresno CA I remimber this because the knife maker stiffed me on the sheath as I made 2 for the same dagger and was to make all of his sheaths. He got the sheaths and then I never got a call back from him. I have no way of contacting the knife maker. I now live in Idaho and still do leather work.
