Need help with a loose liner lock.

My new Trapperlock opens way too easily. I worry about it opening in pocket or a NYPD Officer flicking it open and confiscating it as a "gravity" knife. :( My temporary fix is a small piece of napkin folded under the liner, shown in the pic below. This made it a bit stiffer on opening. Also used a toothpick to clean out grease from the ball detent.

Is there a better solution?

That is one good Looking Case, Congrats I have a Stag Trapper and love that knife... I would try calling CASE Customer Service and ask them have they experienced this problem with this model, at least thats what I would do... Also I would not recommed sticking napkins or toothpicks and any other type of objects inside your handle like that, you could risk damaging the knife..
