Need Help With Adjustment On Sobrosa

Hey guys, today i received a benchmade subrosa in the mail. What a beautiful piece of cutlery! Anyway , everything is perfect except the blade centering. The blade is kicked over noticeably to one side. The blade isn`t rubbing the scales, but it bothers me a little especially for the price this knife commands. I know i could send it back to benchmade to have it adjusted but i dont want to go through the hassle if this is something i could fix on my own. I have a torx bit set but i need to know how to go about doing the adjust ments. I did tighten the pivot screw but then the blade would not deploy, so i backed it out a little and she deploys again. This brings me to another question: Will the pivot screw back out even though its not tightened down all the way or will i have to loctite it ? Please forgive me for my ignorance, just trying to get this right. If anyone here has any guidance on this matter please feel free to give me some assisistance. Thanks in advance.
