Need help with an unknown Boker......

Okay , I just picked this knife up at the show. It is a United/Boker "Courthouse Congress". It is a 2-blade knife with candy stripe style handle. I have found similar knives but none were produced with United. Does anyone know it's origin? Age? Value? If so, where is the information coming from? Thanks,
