Need help with Case knife value

I was given a yellow handled Case knife. The markings are: 3 x's above " CASE and 2 x's and 3 dots below. On second blade: USA then below it are numbers 3207 with CV below that. It is in really good condition. I have tried looking it up but I suck at this internet thing. Can anyone help?
