Need Help with Editing Thanks!

I recently came back to Blade Forums, and I upgraded my membership.

I listed a couple of knives for sale, and I sold one of them. When I tried to edit the original ad to reflect that one of the knives had been sold, I got an error message that said that I didn't have permission to do this.

When I tried to do a quick reply to the ad to show that one of the knives had been sold, I got the same error message.

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could explain why I'm getting these messages, and how I can fix the problem.
