Need help with feedback

Hello,
Im trying to figure out how to post feedback for a buyer who bought a knife from me, i have no idea what to do and im not computer savvy at all...
I also wonder how feedback scores are posted for myself as ive bought quite a few knives and the only member thats posted feedback for me is the same 1 im trying to post it back too.
