where was it make who made it and about how old do you think it is?

Looks like one from John Jungblut, manufacturer of tools and hammers, 124 Second St., Milwaukee, WI.

It looks like a stone mason hammer for use with chisels.

I always look forward to Steve Tall's responses. Often when I scroll back to the OP's pictures of indecipherable, faint or obscure stamps I have to shake my head in disbelief at Steve's identification acumen. Looks to me 100% like he nailed another one!

It was mostly trial and error with some of the less legible letters. When searching for a name that's pretty close to correct, the google results sometimes include the actual name.
