Need help with knife ID

I thought that I would see if anyone on here has ever seen anything like these knives before. I got these from a garage sale a while ago and have never seen anything like them.

This is my first post so hopefully I inserted the pics correctly.

That's an unbranded generic "dive knife" made in Taiwan. Can be found for $16-17.00
