I just got a Luminox executive traveler. It has an extra hour hand for a second time zone. The problem is it is moving slower than the other hour hand and eventually the two are out of sync. Is there a certian process to make sure that the 2nd time zone is set correctly or is it something else like a new battery?

That second hour hand is a 24-hour hand. It takes 24 hours to make a complete circle instead of 12. You'll notice it's longer than the other one and points to the outermost circle on the dial which is numbered 1 to 24....
The idea is you use that for a time zone you're not in and if it were a 12-hour dial you might not know whether it's day or night there, but with the 24-hour dial you do.
