Need Help with Membership Upgrade

Hi everyone,

Sorry for posting this here but I was in hopes that maybe some of my fellow beckerheads could help me. I upgraded my membership to gold via paypal on July 1st and so far nothing seems to have happened. I have contacted BF help with no response and have also posted this question in the Help section and so far my membership upgrade has not been completed. Is there anyone here who can help me or give me contact information for someone who can assist me.

Hi Wild.

I had this issue too. If you go to you settings in BF, you will see Permission Groups. Click on that and you should be able to change from Basic to Gold Membership.

since you paid by paypal spark has to do it himself. next time try using your atm or a credit card.

Hi richardthurman, you and I already discussed this the other day, I am Canadian so I have no other choice but use paypal as I am considered international.
 
What do you have listed under "paid subscriptions" in your settings?

No options listed for me....looks like BF has yet to put through my membership upgrade even thought payment has been made. The info said 72 hours and this is now 8 days. I would like to get some feedback from BF as I did use the contact BF link and submitted my issue to them but no response.
 
OK, kinda getting a little frustrated here. Still no action on my membership after paying it on the 1st. I have emailed Spark & sent email to BF help without a response to either......not sure what to do next but would like to get this resolved asap!

Is there anyone who can help, anyone in contact with Spark ona regular basis to help me get this issue resolved???????
