Need help with my paid subscription

Hello I am sure this is probley old news to most, but I need help upgrading my account from platinum to knifemaker please. I can't post anything for sale and was told a mod will need to add knifemaker to my list of options or something. Can someone please help me or tell what I need to do. Thanks, Shane
