Need Help with the Al Mar Eagle Talon HD

I am looking at getting an Al Mar Eagle Talon HD. However, the blade limit in my state is 4 inches. I saw a picture on a website that seemed to show that the blade measure right at 4 inches. Would someone measure their knife and confirm that I would be legal carrying it? I would be most grateful to whoever did.
