I am not sure but it looks like a Philippine hand made. The red dots might help locate the maker but I am not sure. You could post it in the balisong forum here is the link http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=721

I have one thats almost identical to the one pictured, I purchased it in Subic Bay, PI. over 20 years ago. So, my best guess would be the Philippines also.

Yep.. It looks like a Philippine Handmade. I have one with an identical handle but, different blade style. The spine on my blade is 1/8 inch thick. It takes a sharp edge for carbon steel. Very lightwight and highly concelable. Enjoy it.
