Need help with unknown maker

I just acquired a custom hand built folding pocket knife and am looking for help in identifying it. It is 4” long in closed position. It was purchased about 1990 in Iowa at a gun show. The only marking is the ”S/B” as shown. I hope someone can point me in correct direction. Sorry, I can’t figure out how to load photos. Handle material appears to be an exotic wood. It is a liner lock with drop point blade that appears to be stainless.

I find that posting pictures using a hosting site is pretty easy. I use Imgur, but there are others. Once you have uploaded a picture to the hosting site, copy the web address of the picture. Note: picture web addresses must end in .jpg or .gif

Then go to your post and click the image tool on the toolbar next to the smiley tool. Click the link icon. (looks like a chain.) Paste the picture address into the resulting popup. Then click the INSERT button.
