Need help with user group

How do I post for sale items? Do I have to change something to do so?

What you need to do is purchase a dealer membership first. Then start a thread here in the tech-support section asking for your platinum membership to be prorated to extend your dealer membership at the same monthly rate.

He's showing an active dealer membership.

Aldo, follow this link and select "Dealer." Your name will show GREEN reflecting your dealer membership. Have you tried to start a thread in the Exchange?

I walked him through that and all it shows to him is registered and platinum. He tried to open a thread in The Exchange, and there was no option to start a new thread.

OK, He has made himself a dealer now.
