Hey guys, I need your help. My Mother in Law just called and was really upset, because the TSA took her knife from when she worked at BP a long time ago. She described it as having the BP logo and had a knife blade, scissors, nail file and tweezers. I'm thinking it was a Swiss Army but after looking on the internet I can't find it. If you guys know of anything like this and can hep me find a replacement I'd be very grateful.
 
Sure sounds like a Vic Classic.
What other features does it have that the Vic Classic does not? Size?
 
The Vic Executive has those features. Pete has one with the Alox handle. I will get a picture of one for you so she can confirm it.

If it is a Vic Classic and she is set on the BP logo, I will seek one out for her at the flea market, there was someone there selling Classics with logos, hundreds of them I'm sure a BP must be in there somewhere.
It starts back up in April, you could also check the auction sites, I see classics with logos all the time for sale.

I will go to the TSA collection facility and find one for her. I may not be able to find one with the BP logo but they have hundreds of confiscated knives, so I may be able to find one just like the one that was taken from her.

That's very kind of you Pete, and thank you for the offer. I'll definitely check the auction sites for the next few weeks, see if anything pops up.
 
Let me know, if the flea market was open I would check this weekend, unfortunately it closes at the end of November and doesn't reopen until April 1st. It's a standing offer, it is no bother I enjoy the hunt.
