Anybody know of:
1) A friendly metalshop in the North Dallas area, who would be willing to cut Brass barstock for cheap or free? I've tried looking in the phonebook, but most of the places I've found are either down south, or are large warehouse-type places that I would suspect are a little harder to make friends with...
2) A heat-treating establishment in the Dallas area? I can see that it's gonna get REAL old having to ship off blades to Houston, every time. And the woman has already made it PERFECTLY clear that we will NOT be experimenting with heat treating in the oven...
If anybody has any suggestions, I would be most greatful!! Thanks!
