I want to purchase a tomahawk that looks great, can be thrown, can take a beating in the bush, and also is for the right price, any suggestions?

Try Dana Turner at Fort Turner Tomahawks. I have his Camp Hawk and have been very pleased. Handcrafted, nice look and feel and great for camp chores. BTW, it's a good thrower too. I think you'll also like his pricing.

Some Paul Chen/Cas Iberia offerings might be of interest. Namely the smaller and larger viking throwing axes, the bearded viking axe and the throwing tomahawk.
The throwing 'hawk can be had for under $20, the others are around and under $40.

Though I haven't handled Chen axes, the line is reportedly of decent quality. Some of their other products certainly are good for the price.

I second the Fort Turner. I have handled that Chen stuff and it's OK, but for any amount of money, the Turners are great. I have two of them, my dad has two, my friend has two and my other friend has two. Word gets around about these. Good luck.
