a buddy of mine is leaving for duty in Iraq in one month. He just had a knife of his worked on (tops tracker) and now the sheath no longer fits. He basicaly only had it thinned out a bit so it has no finish either. He needs a way to get it a bit more rust resistant for the field as well as a firm fitting kydex sheath so he can attach it to his armor. Any ideas? does anyone have that kind of turn around?

It may be easier for you to try and remold the sheath yourself...
If you could get the knife/sheath to me in a week or so, I'd repair it or build a new one at N/C for you..
We'd have to move quickly on it though..
