I need help with buying a belt ginder sander. I bought a 1x30 from HF and it already bit the dust. I need a sander that I can profile the blades and grind the bevels with. I dont want to spend a lot of money. I got $250.00 bucks. I looked at the Kalamazoo 1x42 with the 1/3 hp motor. Will this sander work for me. Will I be able to use it for flat grinds and scandi grinds on my knives. I have built a few but I am fairly new to it. I have looked at a few others frome grainger that are Dayton brand. What do I need to get. Give some suggestions please. Thanks.
