I'm not a hunter so I would need an advice on a hunting knife , I know there are many o you hunters so bring it on . It doesn't have to be a particular brand and no more than $300 .

That depends a lot on what you're planning to hunt, and where, and the weather you expect. A compact Dozier K1 will do anything you need to, from whittling shavings to field dressing big game, but more specialized knives might serve you better. The Cold Steel Master Hunter is recognized as a classic hunting knife, but there are scores of others that would serve well, too.

Buck 110 Folder - I use personally...my Dad gave me one when I was a kid, and I've been using one for Deer Hunting ever since.
Buck Alpha Hunter
AG Russell has some nice drop point san mai hunters as well.
Bark River has many nice ones. Gameskeeper, Highland Special, Gunny, and Drop Point Hunter would be a few recommendations.

Alberta Ed nailed it. Hunting what?
For small game (rabbits, squirrels), honestly I'm not sure you can beat the small blade on an SAK - it's perfect. For deer, I've just started using my Becker BK-11 and couldn't be happier with it. The way I hold it (when inside the deer), the tip of the blade lines right up with the tip of my finger - perfect control.
You could probably get better suggestions if we knew exactly what you wanted to hunt and what you wanted to do with the knife (gutting? skinning? hacking through breast bones? processing the meat?).
Anyway, here's a gratuitous pic of my BK-11 after having just field dressed a fat whitetail doe...

Buck Vanguard or Old Timer Sharpfinger (USA Made)
I usually carry a 3.5-4.5 inch fixed blade and a Buck 110 for a backup.
With a $300 budget I would look carefully at some of the custom fixed blades on the exhange thread as I use custom fixed blades the most.
Regarding production fixed blades my top six general purpose hunters:
1) Fallkniven H1
2) Buck Vanguard (Alaskan Guide S30V suregrip)
3) Knives of Alaska Alpha Wolf (S30V-suregrip)
4) Coldsteel Master Hunter
5) Dozier (just about any model but I like the master hunter)
6) Busse BAD or GW
