Need Info a a Buck Purina Mills Knife

Hello I anew here and I have a Buck knife and it is stamped with a Purina Mills logo and name ont he blade. I am wanting Info on the knife. It was given to me by a friend when I was a Police detective. Any Info would be appreciated. I am not trying to sell it but I have it in a shadow box and get a lot of question about the knife.

Ed, welcome to Bladeforums! :)

When you ask for a knife ID, you really need a picture, or at least a detailed description of the size of the blade and of the handle, the materials, any markings on the blade.

Many knife companies make a basic line of knives that a manufacturer can have customized with an advertising slogan. This doesn't identify the knife model, though.

I gree you should ask at the Buck Knives Forum.
