Thanks,

As far as I know, the 'I' in AD20I stands for International...meaning one or more parts were from outside the USA. In this case, I believe the blade was made/ground in Italy but the knife was still assembled in New Castle, PA - USA! It is an awesome Demko to own...I almost bought one just before I came across my Cruwear AD20.

That's about all I know about the 'I' version, but Demko Knives MWallace Demko Knives MWallace may have more or better info for you! Congrats on your new Demko!

I can’t really add to what you wrote. The blade is international (Italy) and the rest is made “in house” at the New Castle Pa facility.

So Demko did do a textured titanium Damascus? Is it common? I cannot find much info, pics or videos of others.

A little late but some additional info:
30 were made for Blade Show 2024.
3 kinds of Damascus: Polished, Semi Polished, Unpolished. Dont know how many of each were made, 10 of each?
The Damascus is Nitro-V based per John. .
