Need info for interesting Morakniv (kj Eriksson (556?)

I recently purchased a Mora, and just wanted any info on this knife.

It's pretty interesting, it looks like a Mora 521/556. But there are a few differences.

The handle is black instead of red. And the handle size is a bit smaller than the standard 521/556.

The sheath has the picture of an eagle or hawk on the front.

The blade is marked KJ, Mora Sweden, stainless, and it's the exact same profile size as a standard stainless companion. I'll try to attach some pics.

Also, the other knife is a current production 510.

If this is correct, then your 521 should have the same blade as the 510.

The 510 used to be the cheapest and most basic Mora. It went out of production, and the bottom rung was occupied by a redesigned 511 that had brightly colored plastic inserts in the handle. Morakniv then brought back the 510 at a slightly higher price in response to consumer demand.

At some time, the handles went from red to black, probably not all at once, since your black handles would appear to antedate some red-handled 510s that were available just a few years ago.
 
That's the thing though, the blade I got, it's the same size as a current production standard stainless companion . 2.5mm and identical profile.
