Need info on 2008 Swedged Emerson CQC-8s.....

I heard on another forum that as of late 2008, the Emerson CQC-8's started having the swedge on them.....is this true? I just ordered a CQC-8 BT, and honestly, I don't like the look of the swedge.....but think its something I will warm up to if I DO get a swedged one.....any info? Thanks guys!

Ahhh.....I see.....the ORIGINAL CQC-8. Hmmm......actually, I DO like the look of that.....gives it more of a strikingly, badass look. = D
 
I got lucky it was the last production run. :p
 
the old surefire/EKI '8s had the swedge too, the SF/EKI run was the 1st run of production '8s FWIW.
