It was a limited release from about 4 years ago. In good condition, it does have some additional value - but mostly for collectors, as the current lineup of consumer knives is not exactly short on M390 and its equivalents. Also, this model did not sell out quickly - it was available from a few outlets for a good while before sales cleared the remaining inventory out.
You could probably sell it or trade up for something more to your liking without too much difficulty. It suffers slightly from having a sister model that has CF scales, so your market is basically limited to people who either need it to complete a collection or who prefer G10 and like the model.
