I used to have a ZT 0300 and have to say it's a fine knife. I just don't like stainless steels as a general rule. I wish more production knives had high carbon blades, they'd appeal to a lot more tradesmen if they did.
I'd guess they don't make chisels, plane irons and saw blades out of stainless for a very good reason.
Both are great and they are both at different ends of the price spectrum. You might as well get both now because you will end up getting the other down the road anyway!
