Need info/optinion on this Bk77

I recently purchased this Camilus Becker bk77 extreme from a local shop.

I've never seen these before and from what i can research, it came out 2005-2007 and has s30v.

Are these fairly rare and desirable? Any other info would be great!

I've been wanting one of those for quite a while. I love my BK7. Although I have had absolutely zero problem with corrosion with just a light vinegar patina on it, so I really probably don't actually NEED the S30V version... of course that won't stop me from WANTING one. Good looking blade for sure. I don't want to ask what you paid, but if it was under $200, you pretty much stole the thing... especially with the classic micarta.... sheesh. Some people get all the luck!

Sawweeetttt, why doe'snt Kabar come out with the Becker lineup in exotic steels like S30V, D2 etc, (apart from the B24 in D2) or even CTS XHP or even the super exotic CPM S110V something like Spyderco's Sprint runs. I'm sure these will sell like hot cakes. This BK77 is beyond awesome !!!

I believe Ka-Bar DID make a a small run of BK-77s...They had a tan version of the stock sheath and the Ka-Bar micarta scales.

Keep us posted on how you like the s30v steel version vs the 1095cv BK7. That knife has been alive for 6+ years and never been used? Shame....
