Need info !!!

Hello everyone , a friend found this knife in a box of
stuff from a friend it just says h.tucker
knives
i cant find anything about it
is it possible that the knife is handmade and thier
just isnt any info on it ! And how would you go about
telling its worth ( i know that prices,arent what you all do here )
just looking for a way to figure out how much to fairly
pay for it anyway thanx for any info !!
