i need info on how send a buck back from australia to the factory . my 110fg has never been used or abused and it has insane blade play . also the the spine of the blade is very badly lined up with the backspacer. if buck will not replace/fix this for free , it will not be worth me paying to ship it over there . i feel however that this is not good enough for a new knife thats only ever been opened and closed.
 
buck will fix it for you but you will be out the cost of shipping
if you go to the main buck forum page where it shows the various threads you will see at the bottom right joe housers name in red click on that and send him an email and he will set you up

im just guessing but it will probably cost him from 12-30us to ship it , but thats not the worst unless they have some way to exempt it when it comes back to him he will have to pay the import duties again
that has happened to me several times and it sucks as it can add up quick 10-15% each time

you might want to check into that if it costs you 20 to send back in and another 20 duty on return you might just want to get another and use that one as a beater user i have a few that should go back but the cost would be what the knife is worth so theres no point
 
yeh i was thinking of just keeping it as a beater. it does still lock up like a vault. doubt i`ll be beating it to Vivi`s level though lol
