Need information on a Todd Begg Knife

I've come into the possession of a Tood Begg knife. I've done some searching around and from what I can tell it's a Bodega Flipper with a 3.75 inch blade.

It looks like a Bodega, with either G10 or Zirc inlays. Likely G10.
Are the inlays smooth or a little rough?
