Need Information On Spyderco Knife I Found

I am curious about a knife I came into today, The blade shape resembles that of a Spyderco Police; the handle is all metal, and on the blade itself, are the words "Pride, Integrity, Guts"

I was wondering if this is of any value, and if i should have it sharpened/polished @ Spyderco. Thanks for any replies, hope maybe I can get some money for it.
 
What you have is an early "P.I.G." Spyderco Police model. I believe that the "P.I.G." engraving was used before the "Police" engraving.
 
It is worth about $1.00, but I will cut you a deal and give you $2.00 for it :p

All jokes aside, it is a rare knife. If my memory serves me right, police officers asked for mariner model with a point insted of the sheepfoot blade. Spyderco made 2,500 "PIG" models for the LEO's and now they are very sough after. I remember seeing one go on ebay for about $150, but you could probably get more selling on the forums.
