Need Knife ID

Found a blade at a Fur Trade Era Indian site that has IOR and below it OID these letters may not be 100% correct as it is quite rusty. Do these letters mean anything??? Also found 2 French folding knife blades at the site along with other Fur Trade Era artifacts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
