need knife ident

i found this on a riverbank while i was fishing a few weeks ago. obviously its a winchester but i couldnt find it online anywhere. does winchester even make good knives? any info would be much appreciated.

It is a Wal-Mart Wichester skeletonized knife. I have about 4 different Winchester knives. They are what they are, cheap, but mine are razor sharp. I let a guy use mine on 2 deer last year & he said they were the sharpest knives he EVER used to field dress a deer & he has been hunting for 50 years. They do take a wicked edge. 25 degree on each side was the ticket for me.

Any free knife is good, as are the cheap ones if you ever loose one. I know a guy who lost a $350 knife his wife gave him for his birthday. She was NOT happy, which means he is not happy ! LOL
