Need kydex maker.

I have a Cold Steel Trailhawk that I need a kydex sheath for. I just want the edge and about 2 inches of the blade covered but it will need to be secure and be able to be removed quickly. Color must be olive drab and it must have at least 2 eyelets. If anyone is familiar with the Spyderco Maddox Onehand knife then you will see the sheath I require.
