Need maker recommendations.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a knife maker who could do custom laser cutout work (Autocad CnC machine blank cutting), and canvas Micarta scales? I have a design and I know what I want but I'm having the hardest time finding someone to make it. I live in Charleston, S.C. If that helps.
