Sir,
If this knife is a folding knife, and falls into a sort of 'tactical' category, you may want to contact REKAT www.roundeye.com or TOPS www.topsknives.com. If this knife is a fixed blade knife (aka sheath knife) and fits into a hard use/outdoors category you may want to contact TOPS www.topsknives.com.
A note as to history. The success stories involving 'new' knife designs almost always involve the designer seeing to the manufacture of the knife personally and out of his own pocket, aka starting a company or making them by hand. Given a desire to do otherwise, the next best option would most likely involve choosing a custom maker of reputable skill to create a prototype. That prototye could then be used as a vehicle to convince potential buyers of the value of your design.
