I had a paid Gold membership that I was apparently never given credit for . Just upgraded to Platinum . Please straighten things out . Thanks . flatfoot

This is the PayPal transaction number for the platinum upgrade that occurred on 6/7/12: 44T68956U7369533B

Try changing your user group. You have private messaging enabled that I can see. When you buy a membership, it doesn't change your group for you automatically, rather it's something you need to do manually.
 
Looks like your platinum hasnt been activated yet. Keep this thread bumped so that Spark sees it and you should be taken care of as soon as he's able. Include your order number in the first post, so that he can look it up.

Flatfoot, add yur transaction/order number to the first post (edit). Should be a 5-6 digit number, it will help Spark find and complete the prorate faster.
