I purchased basic membership by mistake, turned right around and purchased gold. How do i get my "basic membership" refunded?

Tried contacting the email for blade forums support twice over 5 weeks. Seems they don't respond to email requests.

i'm fine with that. its only 10 bucks. i was just irritated i sub'd to the wrong tier. do they see these threads and reply here? they aren't responding to emails...

Be so kind as to include your transaction codes in your opening post. That will help Spark sort it out.
I also recommend changing the title to "need membership prorated".
Spark's the only one who handles financial transactions. He's also the site Admin. Last time I checked, he also had a brick and mortar store. So he does tend to get a tad busy.
