Hey everyone Ive been needing a knife that won't draw any eyes like my spyderco military does.
Back on subject I love the blade shape of the cricket and how the ss version has the frame lock. One of my favorite locks! But the mini grip has my favorite lock the axis lock. So which should I get? Post pics please! Thanks!!

I think it all depends on the steel and handle materials (in my opinion). It seems like you like both a lot. You either will have VG-10 or 154CM, and FRN or SS. If I were you, I'd buy both and sell the one you like the least. They aren't that expensive.

I love Spyderco. It's my favorite company for many reasons... but my vote this time goes to the Mini Grip. I love my blue one... it's currently in my pocket... such an amazing little, people friendly and great all-around blade. I would throw some pics up but I am typing this while I am in class. Not sure that would go over well with the professor :P

Plus the Cricket is pretty challenging to sharpen with the s curve, especially the serrated version. I say mini-grip.

I'd buy the Mini-Grip over a Cricket. I think Crickets are a bit spendy for what you get. The Mini-Grip would be more useful in a wider variety of task compared to the Cricket and would also be easier to sharpen. I personally like VG-10 steel a little more than 154CM but they're not far from each other as far as performance.

I would personally buy the Mini-Grip or a FFG Delica. They're both great knives and won't scare non-knife people. The Cricket would be a good option if compactness is your main focus. I suppose the Millie could handle any heavier tasks needed in that case.
