need new supplier in Canada

last time i ordered materials i got them from Downie knives. since then its changed ownership?
in any case the internet address i have no longer works
does any one have a good supplier in Canada that they would like recommend ?
i dont mind ordering from the USA but that usually takes a few weeks and most of the time in need it NOW .
To you Canadians out there is there a fast USA supplier that you use.
When i order non-knife hardware from McMaster-Carr its usually here the next day

Hi Shaker

Depending on where in Canada you are located there are a few options. I'm located near Calgary and I sell handle materials, belts, steel, kilns etc. The link is below in my signature. Jeff in Ontario has a larger selection than I do, but I'm growing and very competitive on what I do have. Other items like some steels and tools are available from a variety of sources. What is it you were looking for?
 
Eric, are you still working on Jeff's site? I click on Handle Materials and get an error message saying the page can not be found.
 
idealy id like to find some one who has every thing
handle material ,,,most likely g10 ,,, steel ,,, kydex ,,, and screws
that way id only have one shipping charge .

It may be difficult to find a one-stop shop for materials. There is always something that you will have to find elsewhere. In some cases it is cheaper to procure some items locally (eg. standoffs, screws, etc..).

Currently, I get most of my supplies from Jeff Diotte. I can say one thing for sure...he is an awesome guy to deal with!
