I just bought a Casio G-Shock 2184 today and I'm very impressed. It has world time, a data bank, and is solar powered:eek: . However, I find the watch band to be a little on the "small-for-my-taste-side":D . I was thinking of the watch band on www.tadgear.com/x-treme gear/tactical_watch_strap.htm . I can't seem to picture in my mind what it would look like with a G-Shock. What do you think? Thanks.

That Tactical Watch Strap looks excellent, but be aware that some G-Shocks have a "dedicated" watch band that won't work very well being changed, as it is part of the watch itself, and will make the watch look "funky" without it.

I bought a similar one... Bulldog brand from a local store for my GShock older model. Strap works great and is IMO better than the stock plastic. The strap looks like it's about 2/3rds the thickness of the one above and is thick enough for me.

Cheers

(BTW, if you like them that big, you might want to look for one that has a secret compartment thing...for money or whatever. I saw one at the same store [The Wilderness] but it was too bulky for my tastes)

Thanks for your help guys! Does anyone know what the Eagle Ind. website or the Bulldog website is? Thanks in advance.

is probably the Eagle that you are looking for. Don't know if they make the bands, but they make good gear.

As far as Bulldog... no idea. I bought mine at The Wilderness... www.thewilderness.com is their website, but I bought mine watchband in person. Best bet might be to look online for the watchbands at a site like google.com and then call up the individual places asking if it would fit your watch. Even in person I had to make a guesstimate to see if it would fit mine. Then you have to figure out which band size to get that would fit your wrist...

cheers
