need opinions on type of stainless to use

Hi guys i wanted to get some of your opinions on what type of stainless would be good to use for a handle... i want to dress this blade in all stainless ..... what would be a good type of stainless? Thanks

300 series is going to be the best bet. 303, 310, whatever. It is a completely rust free stainless with no carbon to speak of, so it is easier to cut and machine. This is the non-magnetic stuff that cooking implements and wristwatches are made from.
