Need Photobucket Help

I cannot get Photobucket to respond to my help request.

Anyone use Photobucket? I used to select a photo and click on IMG (on the right under Share) to copy the photo, then go to the BF post and click paste and the photo would appear.

Now when I click on IMG, it no longer turns yellow and will not activate, and I cannot figure out how else to copy a photo into a post.

Can some photo bucket user please help me?

Some of the popup blockers will affect your selection process. Often you can disable it or them temporarily.

Still works that way for me using Firefox on a desktop machine.
Might be your browser settings. What browser are you using?

when I have a photo open in my Photobucket there are four selectable options on the right hand side.
1. Email & IM
2. Direct
3. HTML
4. IMG

Single left clicking (Windows computer) turns the box yellow and says copied. Then I can paste to anywhere needed.

Photobucket many times sketches out for me. I have found patience sometimes the only answer :-/

Optionally, before actually opening a photo (when they are still arranged with multiple photos per page, I can right-click and select copy link - then paste where needed. The link will not have the URL handles, but can then be embedded into a post using the insert image option (this option typically inserts appropriate URL handles on both ends of the link). I would use the #2Direct in this case (like when clicking the insert image icon on BladeForums).

I have sometimes also noticed that photobucket is slow, the loading indicator is still moving, and you cannot copy the img shortcut during that time.

I think I know what you mean. I've found that sometimes the link doesn't turn yellow and copy until I click it a few times. Sometimes I have to first right click it and then left click it. Eventually it works.

Also, Photobucket was down last week for maintenance, and when it came back online, there were lots of broken links and bugs and general slowness. It seems to be better working now.

Thanks everyone. I got it to work in Chrome, but still can't get it to work in Safari.
