Need Product Information: Retired RAT Survival Kit

Alright, so I remember reading in a magazing (some police magazine) about a year ago about a survival kit. I could have sworn that it was made by RAT. It resembles their current E&E survival kit, as far as the contents go. This one, however, comes in a waterproof plastic box, somewhat resembling a pelican/otterbox. I emailed ESEE about it, and they gave me a link to the current E&E survival kit. Does anybody know what kit I am talking about? Or am I just crazy and it was never made by ESEE/RAT...
 
ESEE site under survival craft-there's 2 kits available but nothing in a waterproof box. That may be what you already looked at. I'm sure if there's 1 like what your looking for someone else will chime in.
 
Many, many years ago we did a small kit in a waterproof Otter Box. That is no longer available.
