Need proxy for Cupidganzaa PLEASE HELP!!

It sounds like I am going to be gone during the next ganzaa. I am gong to be out of town the second and third weekend in FEB. and I am going to need a proxy can somebody help I have never had to get a proxy before so I am not sure exactly what to do. Thanks
