I've had one for about a week. It has a neat clip for attaching the sheath to a PFD. The sheath has an orange cam to secure the knife but even without the knife doesn't come out if I hold the sheath upside down and shake vigourously. The knife is well finished and fits my hand well. I have no complaints and can only recommend this knife. Cheers! -Alan
